1. What is Astrology?
   
   A:  Astrology is the science of knowing past, present and future by studying planets at a given point of time. It can be at your time of birth or time of any particular occasion like marriage or time of asking a specific question from a astrologer (Prasna). 
   
   
2. How Indian Astrology differ from Western Astrology?
   
   A: Western Astrology generally looks at your Sun-sign and gives general prediction which are common to millions of people. e.g. if your sun-sign is Pisces, the general predictions given by western astrologer or given in magazine / newspaper applies to all people under the sky whose sun-sign is Pisces. On the other hand, Indian Astrology looks for your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth, which is unique in this world. Even in case of twins, the time of birth differs. So, our approach is totally unique in itself. Also, the vedic remedies suggested by Indian Astrology gives very good results.
   
   
3. How many planets are there in Indian Astrology? What are they?
   
   A: 9 planets - Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu.
   
   
4. What are Rahu and Ketu?
   
   A: Rahu and Ketu are considered as shadowy planets. There is a long story about the origination of Rahu-Ketu in Vishnu Puran.
   
   
5. What kind of remedies are suggested by you? 
   
   A: I suggest ONLY Vedic remedies in the form of Mantras, Fasting, Yantras, Worshipping, gems, Rudraksha beads, charity and such. Each individual horoscope is checked thoroughly before advising a particular remedy. e.g. in case of marriage and children related problem, fasting gives 100% positive results whereas if an individual horoscope has strong 5th house / 5th lord, mantra propitiation to 5L / AK / karaka may give good results. So, all kinds of suggested remedies are purely Saatwik in nature.
   
   
6. You've suggested fasting on Friday to my friend and she has started getting results. Can I also start fasting on Friday to solve my problem?
   
   A: Please note that any kind of remedy is suggested by looking at individual horoscope - the problem, the affliction, the strength of planets. So, that remedy is ONLY for the person for which I have suggested. Yours can be different day of fasting as suggested by your horoscope even for the same problem. So, never try to follow the other's path in case of remedies.
   
   
7. Can you change my destiny through astrology remedies? 
   
   A: Astrology remedies can not change the position of planets and the results given by them. It can only help you to prevent yourself from its effects. Let us take an example. If you're going to market and it's start raining, you may feel very uncomfortable. But if you knew it before, you would have taken umbrella to protect yourself; although facing rain is your destiny. Same way, astrology and astrological remedies can help you to forecast future and take necessary steps to prevent yourself from unnecessary botheration.
   
   
8. How much you can tell me about my destiny?
   
   A: It depends upon number of factors - the accuracy in your birth particulars especially in time of birth, your problem, dasha (period) you are currently running, strength of planets in your horoscope and many other factors. Knowing your destiny is also a part of your destiny.
   
   
9. Can you predict the death of someone?
   
   A: It is said that it's very difficult to come out with exact moment (or even day) for someone's death. Even great demi-gods (devta) and demi-goddesses (devi) can not tell the death of someone. This secret is with God Himself. Although, Sage Jaimini has mentioned many rules for predicting death in Jaimini Sutras, it requires lot of astrology knowledge, spiritual power, intuition power and all above the grace of God to know it. For obvious reasons, I NEVER tell anyone regarding the death of anyone, even if I know it.
   
   
10. Do you accept credit-card for online order?
    
    A: Yes, I accept all major credit-cards via StormPay Secure server. Western Union Money Transfer and Remit2India also accepts credit cards but from limited countries (US, UK, Canada, Euroland, UAE, Japan, Singapore etc.). 11. I don't have credit-card / don't want to use credit-card? How can I send the money?
    
    A: There are many other options apart from credit-card. You can visit your nearest branch of Western Union Money Transfer and send the cash through them. It has over 150,000 agents world-wide. 13. Can I pay after getting astrology consultancy from you?
    
    A: All payments for any consultancy / product have to be paid 100% in advance.
    
    
14. Can you give me the name & email addresses of your existing customers?
    
    A: I respect the privacy of all my customers / newsletter subscribers. So, it's not possible for me to disclose their identity. You would also appreciate if I don't disclose your name on internet if you become my customer. 
    
    
15. How much time will you take to give your consultancy report?
    
    A: Generally, I submit my answers related with Astrology within 7-10 days after placing an order. If you've asked lot of questions, it may be extended to another 1 week. Vaastu and Feng-Shui requires lot of detailed analysis, so it may take upto 1 month also. 
    
    
16. I got an email from you, with a link that just won't work when I click it. How can I reach that page?

17. My .pdf file prints with errors, and/or I have a hard time reading some of the pages, what gives?
    
    A: If you're having this problem with a .PDF file, then the problem is more than likely caused by the Acrobat Reader. Make sure you have the latest version of the Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. The 3.0 version is known to cause printing problems.
